Say, why art thou downcast, oh my soul?  Who is it that takes away your light by darkening your vision like a shade pulled down?  Who is subtle in his trap setting?  Who would whisper to you things that sound like truth because they are scripture, but still deceive you?  

Did I not come to give you life?  Do I not lead you forth with peace?  Do I not forgive your sin?  Yet, that enemy would say unto you, you have committed the unpardonable!  Surely, you are excluded from grace.  And you listened once, then again and as he found he had an audience, he kept on adding and building his case against you until there is a firm grip, until your joy has fled and you can't hear Me, your faith has fled.  I will ask you, is My arm too short for only you?  Is your sin the one My blood couldn't cover?  Is it not worthy?  Or perhaps, you listened to a lie.

Did I say watch for nothing?  Guard your heart with all diligence!  Yes.  I tell you, put on the full armor for I train you for war.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you.  Give him no place in your thoughts.  Neither dwell on his suggestions.  You are mine.  Yes, I have said it.  And who are mine - who can take them out of My hand.

No enemy can come between us unless by your own permission, your own desire, you are enticed by the devil to leave the place of refuge and rest and to say " I do not want the Lord any  longer."  Do not reject Me and I will never leave you.  The enemy cannot take you no matter how he roars.  For greater is He that lives in you than he that is of the world.  Rest in Me!  For I shall keep you.  As Paul, My servant has written,  "I am fully persuaded that He is able to keep me until that day."  Yes, I am your salvation, I am become your salvation, I am becoming your salvation.
